John E. Manoogian is an attorney with 45 years of experience, representing clients in all aspects of California Family Law. Mr. Manoogian has been recognized by the State Bar of California as a Certified Specialist in Family Law since 1981, and brings the level of expertise to his practice that this recognition entails.

 

Mr. Manoogian is well versed in high net worth marital dissolution actions, property characterization and division, issues of child custody, child support, and spousal support, as well as preparation, interpretation and enforcement of Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial Agreements. Mr. Manoogian’s decades of experience in complex Family Law litigation affords him a unique perspective in providing expert legal services in every facet of this field.

 

In addition to Family Law litigation, Mr. Manoogian offers Private and confidential mediation and Arbitration services. Mr. Manoogian has provided services as a Judge Pro Tem in the Family Law Departments of the Contra Costa County and Alameda County Superior Courts for over 30 years, and has been accepted as an expert witness in the area of Family Law commencing in the early 1980s. Further, Mr. Manoogian has engaged in extensive, multi-day Family Law Arbitration Training, receiving Certification from the American Academy Of Matrimonial Lawyers.
